Hi, I’m Jessica Leck!
I’m an entrepreneur, personal trainer, and former figure competitor from Indiana with over 14 years in the fitness industry. My passion lies in helping others build strength, confidence, and a sustainable approach to health—especially midlife women who want to feel strong, energized, and in control of their bodies.
I’ve been active my whole life, but my real fitness journey began at 31 when exercise became an outlet for postpartum depression. What started as a necessity quickly turned into something I loved doing every day. In 2011, I became a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, which led me to compete in four successful bodybuilding shows in 2015 and 2016.
In 2017, I took the leap and opened my own gym, running it successfully for six years. But as much as I loved it, the demands of small business ownership took a toll on my health—physically and mentally. My body was sending me signals, and I knew I had to listen. In early 2023, I made the decision to close my brick-and-mortar gym and transition to a coaching model that allows me to work more closely with clients while also prioritizing my own well-being. I now coach clients both in-person, on a smaller, more personalized scale, and remotely through customized programming.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me traveling, hiking, walking, gardening—basically anything that keeps me moving and connected to nature. I love spending time with my family and my dog, and lately, I’ve been enjoying cooking, baking, and embracing the art of homemaking.
My coaching approach is all about meeting clients where they are. I provide customized fitness plans, nutrition coaching, accountability check-ins, and expert guidance to help them stay on track. I specialize in helping women navigate the unique challenges of midlife—whether it’s managing body composition changes, getting stronger, or making fitness fit into their busy schedules. I also believe in the deeper side of health and healing, encouraging my clients to trust their instincts and listen to their bodies. Fitness isn’t just about reps and sets—it’s about treating the body as a whole and finding a sustainable, enjoyable way to feel strong for life.
