What would be the best possible outcome for you, if you kept moving all winter? Let's make it a goal and work together on it!

How does it work?
You commit to walking OUTDOORS for 30 minutes minimum each week for the 4 months. You can always commit to more than that!
If you'd like to participate in the monthly bingos, you will post photos in the group, or on instagram with the hashtag #walkallwinter.
You log into the facebook group for support, inspiration, and engagement.

I've personally struggled with seasonal depression for most of my lifetime and I was pretty skeptical that walking and sunshine would help with my seasonal shutdowns- but IT DID! The first year I tracked my walking with the group, I made it through my hardest month and felt significantly more positive about life!
You might think moving comes easily for me, but I loved having the group for inspiration. It definitely got me off of the couch on the really cold days.
What I found is that walking is amazing at every season. The same stretch looks different during the winter and there are less people and NO BUGS! I look forward to walking in the cold now.
I will give you all of the tips I've learned the past few years! My hope is that you finish the program with a love for walking in all seasons and that it helps you stay consistent during some really busy, sometimes stressful months.
