About Jessica

I started my fitness journey after my daughter was born in 2009. I was 32 years old and I was working part time and spending most of my hours at home. I started feeling very anxious and I knew that I needed to find a hobby and get an energy release. I started at the local gym, attending classes and I met friends there. It kept me coming back and before you know it, I was a Personal Trainer and doing competitive bodybuilding shows. I loved what I learned during that time, but the super restrictive plan was one that made me miss out on a lot of fun stuff with my family. 

In 2019, my daughter got cancer and I had to rebuild my fitness routine to something more achievable. This is when I developed MINIMUMS.  

I LIVE MY LIFE WITH MINIMUMS and I am able to maintain my health and enjoy life too.  I always  stay "on track" because of my system that works with my lifestyle.  Even on vacations and holidays!  It is possible!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the dates of the program?  We start on January 17th.

Can I do this program if I have a vacation planned during that time?  Yep!  All of the homework is doable from anywhere at anytime!  You will get the information emailed to you once a week and check in on facebook in a private group.  

I'm not sure if this is the right time, when is the next round? 
-The next round with hands on coaching starts in July of 2022.

I'm not ready to stop dieting completely yet, is this for me? 
 - Absolutely. You do not have to be ready to give up dieting to try these strategies. You just need to have an open mind about trying new things.

What can I expect during the 8 weeks?  
 - Clients are expected to check in every Saturday within the private facebook group and complete homework on most weeks.  The homework is based on simple tasks that will help you get consistent with the big dial movers that will re-build your metabolism, create a routine that is sustainable and get you the results you crave.

Is this program appropriate for beginners?
 - This program is designed for anyone who wants accountability with habits and movement.  It will help if you have a small amount of exercise experience.

Do I have to be willing to put aside time for exercise?  
Yep!  It is super important to move daily with this program but the good thing is:  It's only a 20 minute commitment!  The workouts will be emailed to you and you can do them on your schedule.  Some will be weights, some will be walks. You will also be encouraged to do things you love, and have easier days each week.

Will I lose weight on this program?  
 -Some will. The habits that you will learn will get you on your way there with more energy, more food trust and more confidence! 

Can I do this program from anywhere?
 - YES!  All of the information will be emailed to you weekly and we will have check ins in the private Facebook group. You will need a mat and a set of dumbbells to do the workouts.  

How much live coaching is involved?

There will be a two live zoom calls for in time troubleshooting. You will also have the opportunity to text or marco polo with Jessica once  a week with questions. 

I need more accountability than once a week, what are my options?
If you need more check-ins with a coach, or you don't do well in groups, Jessica also offers 1:1 Coaching!
